This Privacy Policy explains how RANGREEL (the “App”), operated by Kayoki Web Studio (“we”, “us” or “our”), may collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use our short-drama and video entertainment service.

- Purchase information: transaction status and purchase-related details provided by the app store or payment service if in-app purchases are offered. We do not need to receive your full payment-card details to verify an app-store purchase.
- Notification information: a device or messaging token and notification preferences if push notifications are enabled.
- Messages you send us: your email address and the contents of a support or data-deletion request if you contact us.
We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information to watch dramas. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information by email.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used to provide video playback and app features; maintain and secure the service; remember preferences; troubleshoot errors; understand performance and engagement; show and measure advertisements; manage accounts and purchases where available; send requested notifications; respond to support requests; prevent fraud or misuse; and meet legal obligations.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertising, Google Play services for app distribution and purchases, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. Additional sign-in or purchase services may be used if those features are enabled. These providers may process device identifiers, technical information, advertising events, account-related information or other data needed to deliver their services, according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising personalization and tracking choices may also be available through your Android device settings and Google account settings. Availability varies by device, region and service.
4. When Information May Be Shared
We may share relevant information with service providers that help operate the App (such as hosting, advertising, analytics, authentication, messaging and app-store services); when you request or authorize a feature; to protect users, the App or our rights; or when disclosure is required by law. We do not publish your support messages publicly.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the App, maintaining security, resolving disputes and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the service involved. Information may remain in backups for a limited period before it is overwritten or deleted.
6. Account and Data Deletion Requests
You can request deletion of your RANGREEL account and associated personal data by emailing Kayoki Web Studio.

Email a deletion request- Open the email link above or compose an email to the address shown.
- Write that you want your RANGREEL account and associated data deleted, and include the email address associated with your account.
- We may contact you to verify that you control the account before processing the request. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
What may be deleted: after verifying a request, we will delete or anonymize the account profile and personal data associated with that account that we control, where deletion is applicable.
Timing and limited retention: we aim to process verified requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. Any retained information will be restricted and handled according to applicable requirements and this policy.
Other data requests: you may use the same email address to request deletion of other personal data associated with your use of RANGREEL without deleting your account, where applicable. Please describe the data you want removed.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can choose whether to use optional account or notification features where available, manage device permissions, adjust advertising settings on your device, and contact us to ask about personal information associated with you. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
9. Children’s Privacy
RANGREEL is currently intended for an adult audience and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us using the email address below and we will review the request.
10. Links to Other Websites
The App or this policy may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing information.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, service providers or legal requirements. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Please review it periodically.
